Join us for our April NAWIC Membership Meeting featuring special guest speaker Ashlee Sacdalan, General Manager at Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa, who is currently leading her facility through a major renovation and construction project.
This month’s topic, Voice of the Customer, will provide a unique and valuable perspective from the other side of the jobsite.
Ashlee will share firsthand insight into what it’s like to be the customer during an active construction project — while still being responsible for serving her own members and guests. She’ll discuss:
- The real-time challenges of operating during construction
- How construction impacts staff, members, and daily operations
- Ways contractors can be more mindful and proactive
- “Low-hanging fruit” improvements that make a big difference in customer experience
- How we can be better partners and stewards while working on occupied properties
This is a great opportunity to strengthen our understanding of the client experience and walk away with practical, actionable takeaways we can apply to our own projects immediately.
